Refund and cancellation policy
When Studvisor refunds fees, what is non-refundable, and how to cancel.
Before work begins
Cancel within 14 days of registration and before we submit any application, and the advance payment is refunded in full.
After applications are submitted
The advance covers work already performed and is non-refundable. The milestone 2 payment is only charged once admission is confirmed.
Visa refusal
A visa refusal does not trigger an automatic refund because the service was delivered, but we will support one re-application within the same intake at no additional consulting fee.
Third-party costs
These are never refundable by us because they are paid onward: Embassy and visa application fees, Biometrics appointment fees, Document attestation and translation, Courier and postage.
