What we collect
Contact details, academic and financial documents you upload, case correspondence, and payment records. We collect only what an application or visa file requires.
Why we hold it
To assess your eligibility, prepare applications, and meet legal record-keeping duties. Marketing messages are sent only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it is stored
Documents sit in private encrypted storage. Only your assigned counselor and reviewing staff can open them, and every access is written to an audit log.
How long we keep it
Case files are retained for seven years after closure to satisfy accounting and immigration record requirements, then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or erasure of your data by emailing info@studvisor.eu. We respond within 30 days.
Automated decisions
The eligibility check is indicative only. No automated decision is ever made about your application — a human counselor reviews every case.
