How you pay

Pay As You Progress

Your fee is split into three equal parts, one for each milestone. Each part only becomes non-refundable once that milestone is actually achieved. Third-party costs such as embassy fees, admission application fees, attestation and courier are always itemised separately and never marked up.

    This portion is charged alongside registration but stays fully refundable until your acceptance letter arrives — it only locks in once you're actually admitted.

  3. Milestone 3: Visa Approved

    Charged · On Visa Approval

    The final portion stays fully refundable while your visa is in process — it only locks in once your visa is issued.

Example — Finland: total service fee €450, split into three equal €150 tranches. €150 is charged at registration (non-refundable). A second €150 is charged alongside it but stays refundable until admission is confirmed — refunded in full if you are not admitted. The final €150 stays refundable until your visa is issued — refunded in full if your visa is rejected. Figures vary by country and programme.
