How you pay
Pay As You Progress
Your fee is split into three equal parts, one for each milestone. Each part only becomes non-refundable once that milestone is actually achieved. Third-party costs such as embassy fees, admission application fees, attestation and courier are always itemised separately and never marked up.
Milestone 1: Advance Payment
Charged · At RegistrationCharged only after your free pathway consultation — a one-on-one session, in person or online, where we map out your realistic options before you commit to anything.
- Free pathway consultation (in-person or online)
- Profile evaluation
- University shortlisting
Non-refundableMilestone 2: Admission Confirmed
Charged · On AdmissionThis portion is charged alongside registration but stays fully refundable until your acceptance letter arrives — it only locks in once you're actually admitted.
- Application preparation and submission with a winning mindset
Refundable until admission is confirmedMilestone 3: Visa Approved
Charged · On Visa ApprovalThe final portion stays fully refundable while your visa is in process — it only locks in once your visa is issued.
- Filing of visa application
- Interview preparation
- Arrival support
Refundable until visa is issued
Example — Finland: total service fee €450, split into three equal €150 tranches. €150 is charged at registration (non-refundable). A second €150 is charged alongside it but stays refundable until admission is confirmed — refunded in full if you are not admitted. The final €150 stays refundable until your visa is issued — refunded in full if your visa is rejected. Figures vary by country and programme.
